Information you submit

If you use a PillarProof contact or access-request form, we may receive your name, work email, company, product interest and the message you submit. Please do not send confidential construction records through the public marketing website.

Site operations

We may process limited interaction, security and operational information needed to run, protect and improve the website, including application logs and product analytics.

How we use information

We use submitted information to respond to requests, evaluate design-partner or API fit, operate the service, maintain security and improve PillarProof. We do not use the public website as a marketplace for selling submitted leads.

Service providers

PillarProof uses infrastructure and service providers to host application functions, store submitted data, deliver operational notifications and support the product. Information is shared with those providers only as needed for those functions.

PillarProof Home

PillarProof Home is a separate signed-in consumer application and may process project information and uploaded documents. Its privacy notice applies to that product.

Your requests

If you need information you submitted corrected or deleted, contact PillarProof through the same business channel used for your request. We may retain records when reasonably necessary for security, dispute resolution, legal obligations or audit integrity.
