Decision authority stays with people

PillarProof does not provide legal advice, engineering advice, insurance advice, credit approval, draw authorization, underwriting authority, coverage determinations or government enforcement decisions. Qualified people and organizations retain those decisions.

Validation claims

Any retrospective benchmark shown on the site is a development benchmark, not a prospective field-performance estimate. Historical results do not guarantee avoided loss, claims, litigation or future performance.

No confidential public submissions

Do not submit confidential case files, sensitive personal information or protected partner records through public marketing forms unless a separate controlled process has been established.

Product-specific use

PillarProof Home and controlled Enterprise or API access may include additional product-specific notices, data practices, commercial terms or access rules. Those product-specific terms apply when you use those services.

Acceptable use

Do not interfere with the service, bypass access controls, abuse rate limits, attempt to obtain credentials or restricted data, or use PillarProof to make unsupported allegations about people or businesses.

We may update these terms as PillarProof evolves. The effective date above identifies the current public version.
